Along with the successful holding of the 2nd China-CEEC Investment and Trade Expo and the 23rd China Zhejiang Investment and Trade Symposium, June 8, Ningbo Yinzhou District Investment Environment Promotion Event and Signing Ceremony of Major Projects was held, 27 major projects signed on site. After the full preparation and communication in advance, Metrobank (China) Ningbo Branch preparation project has reached the settlement intention with Yinzhou District Government.

The signing of this project is also supported by Ningbo Municipal People's Government and Yinzhou District Government. Before the signing ceremony, Chu Yinliang, member of the Standing Committee and Secretary of Yinzhou District Committee, Wang Zhaobo, Governor of Yinzhou District, Dai Guoxing, Director of Yinzhou District Financial Supervision Bureau, had a friendly communication with President David Lin.
