Dear Valued Customer:

 To provide you with improved, efficient and better service, our Bank will be implementing a clean-up of dormant accounts. The coverage shall be as follows: RMB corporate accounts with no activity within a year (excluding interest earned); and other type of accounts with no activity for three (3) consecutive years (excluding interest earned). After the clean-up of dormant accounts, the Bank will no longer service these accounts.

 If you wish to continue using the said accounts, kindly visit our Bank and bring valid documents within 30 days from the date of this announcement for account activation. If no action is taken within the specified time, the Bank will deem that you have been notified and agree to the clean-up and suspension of bank services for dormant accounts.
