Requirements

1. Original copy of Proof of Tax Payment issued by the Tax Bureau. * (For monthly income above RMB 4,800.00)
2. Duly filled up Remittance Application Form. **
3. US$6.00 or RMB45.00 fee
4. Photocopy of Passport with Z Working Visa
5. Photocopy of Employment Permit
6. Photocopy of Employment Contract with the stated salary and term of contract with company seal in place.
7. Fill up the PIN (Personal Identification Number) please see attachment.

*  Original copy will be returned to you upon completion of the transaction.

** Remittance Application Forms will be sent to you upon request. Please send to us the dully filled up application form.

Note:

For first time remitters, items 1 to 7 should be submitted. For succeeding remittances, please send only items 1 to 3.

Upon completion of the above-mentioned requirements, please fax it all to us at (021) 68860007 for evaluation. If everything is complete, we will send you a confirmation and please send all documents to us thru courier service at 1203 Marine Towers, 1 Pudong Ave. Shanghai 200120.

Two options to send your money:

 Option I.

There are two steps in sending your money:

1. Go to any local bank and fill up the form 电汇凭证. Refer to the illustration for the instruction on how to fill up.

2. Fill up the remittance application form of MB Shanghai. (Forms are available upon request. We will be sending you blank copies.)

Option II.

    1.  Go to any branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) and fill up the form电汇凭证.

    2.  Fill up the remittance application form of MB Shanghai. (Forms are available upon request. We will be sending you blank copies.)

Please give us a call before and after you make the deposit for you to know the rate for the day, e.g. US$ to RMB to Peso and US$ to Peso and after you made the deposit for the confirmation of the deposit made with the local bank.
